Great community centre close by and more and more shops are opening in the area. Very convenient.

Worst Part?

I want to let everything know that it might be a good idea to think twice if you're thinking about moving in or buying a place here, unless some important changes happen soon. Security here is not great, there's no security guard at the West Tower of the building after 4pm. This makes it so the front desk where you check in and get help is empty, which is not safe and makes things difficult for people who live here now.

Because of this, packages are being left alone and that can cause trouble. Also, getting passes for visitors to park is not easy because there's no one at the front desk to help.

Considering all these problems, I suggest you think carefully about whether you want to move here or buy a place. The good things might seem nice, but these issues are important too. It's only by fixing these problems that we can make sure everyone living here is safe and things work the right way.
