Best Part?

Super close to transit and still really new building with modern finishings. Lots of great Asian food in the area and good access to a bunch of grocery stores (H Mart, Longo's, Manulife Centre if you walk a bit further).

Worst Part?

Not sure if it's still the case but when I lived there were CONSTANT fire alarms due to the space next to this building. Fire trucks were called probably every other day... management kept warning everyone that this was racking up costs on all residents. Wasn't any resident's fault but really put a downer to living here.
