Best Part?

Really loved living here! Only left because I bought a condo elsewhere and had to move. Very luxurious building, the lobby looks like a five-star hotel and is literally furnished with Hermes furniture. The residents here are largely students and young couples, a lot of designer clothing worn around... and the 12th floor outdoor pool is very Instagram-friendly, even with a shallow wading pool. Super popular on a hot summer day. Nice gym, really new equipment.

Worst Part?

Not a ton of community in the building, everyone mostly keeps to themselves. Depending on the size of any delivery package, you may have to retrieve it from a different part of the lobby (thankfully close to the elevators anyway). The inner courtyard between Casa III and Casa II was supposed to have a Miami-style fountain feature (look up the renderings) and I don't think that will ever be completed at this point, which is a shame.
