In terms of design, the facilities might be looking a bit on the older side, but they are very well kept and always clean. Overall, this condo is really great, with an amazing location that's hard to top.

Love having the Starbucks downstairs and the Independent Citymarket next door. Although the groceries there can be a bit expensive but I appreciate the convenience. Good, still new building

Bad traffic along Peter all the time. Trying to get an Uber here can take 15 minutes!!!
