Best Part?

This building really stands out for some great reasons. I've lived in different places before, but the staff here, both at the concierge and management, are incredibly responsive and truly make an effort to know the residents here. The building's not too big, which is nice because you don't feel lost in a huge downtown tower (and we all have heard of those). And the view from the rooftop is just amazing – one of the best in the city. Shared spaces are well taken care of, way better than some newer downtown buildings that strangely look bad. The building has a cool community vibe too, with a friendly group of residents who organize activities. Overall, this place is a gem.

Worst Part?

Wish there was a closer subway stop. You have to transfer to get to Yonge and Queen
