This place is in a touristy area, so everything is expensive like at tourist spots. I got fed up with the location though. The heating didn't work well sometimes during the year. The electricity bill is high. I lived here for many years. Sometimes the security was okay, other times not so much, and they kept changing the security companies. A lot of inexperienced and rude staff. The car elevator was always broken, which was super annoying. People in the building mostly kept to themselves, so it wasn't very social.

Best Part?

Love that St Andrew subway station is a block away. Lots of things to do on King St in general.

Worst Part?

Parking elevator is always broken. Super frustrating as a driver. Also, rude and inattentive concierge team.
