Community vibes, with familiar faces regularly saying "Hi!". One of the friendlier buildings that I've ever had the pleasure of living in.

Often times the pool is quite full, leaving only late-night swimming as an option.

Best Part?

This is probably the worst condominium building of them all. The walls are paper thin/security is illiterate and atrociously incompetent. The building manager “Anne Wilson” is an ABSOLUTE joke. She will never take any complaint seriously. One day I was waiting to speak to her about an issue with the plumbing and could hear her entire conversation as she was accepting bribes from contractors. Absolutely indecent disgusting excuse of a human being.
