Great if you're younger. Beautiful street but everything on it is expensive

Paper thin walls, I can hear everything next door. Also lots of socializing young people... thankfully not really wild parties but there's always social events happening. We were hoping for something quieter.

EVERYTHING. IS. BROKEN!!! Sauna and pool always broken, elevators are down, steam room closed. No amenities are ever fully open!!!
