Best Part?

We moved in a few months ago and are really lucky to have found this apartment. It's clean, well-kept, and in a great location – close to buses, the subway, and big stores where we can get everything we need, even medicine. The management team is quick to help with any problems, and the security is good too. We're really happy living here and glad we chose this apartment.

Worst Part?

Sherbourne bus takes a while if you need to depend on it. Thankfully my work takes me on the subway.

DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. There's only 3 elevators for the entire building and there's always 1 elevator that is broken. We live on the 39th floor. There is always a LINE for the elevator. And no hot water available at all times. This is CRAZY. DON'T DO IT
