Best Part?
Small cozy building, only 9 floors. Quiet street on Stewart, lots to do in the area. Wish there amenities though, not even a gym.
Worst Part?
A lot of social events here. It's King so it's a little more grown up but still very busy on weekends, tough if you actually work weekends or want to sleep
