Best Part?

Great unit layouts in the building. A little older but well maintained and usually built with better materials as a result. Our 2 bedroom unit is a really great size, much more space than other 2 bedroom units in newer buildings. Kind concierge that remembers you.

Worst Part?

A lot of chain restaurants and stores along the street, but getting more interesting with The Well opening soon.
