The elevators are constantly broken, which means you end up waiting forever just to leave or get back to your own condo. There's even a risk of getting STUCK in them since they might suddenly stop working. Last year they also just stopped having elevators work for ANYONE above the 24th floor. Took way too long to fix. The management here is embarrassingly incompetent and doesn't seem to care much. They haven't responded to any of our complaints or taken any steps to fix these problems.

Used to be a great building and still really modern, feels like a nice boutique hotel. All the shopping and errands you need can be done at College Park.
Worst Part?
There are just a bunch of issues that need sorting out. One of the big problems is with the elevators – they often don't work and it's really frustrating. This has made things uncomfortable and inconvenient for everyone here. The management is also not doing a good job, which is making living here not so great and making the existing problems worse.
Another thing that's causing trouble is when they do repairs in our units. They always do it at times that are really inconvenient, which messes up people's schedules and adds to stress.
The fire alarm is also a problem – it goes off all the time and frustrates everyone. The elevators also stop working whenever they check the fire alarm, so we're stuck either climbing the stairs or waiting forever.
There's a bunch of stuff around that doesn't really add much to our lives and just makes things worse. The building's insulation isn't good, so the wind gets in and makes drafts, which is pretty uncomfortable. And to top it off, there's a lot of noise that doesn't let things feel peaceful.
With all these things together, it's clear that we should consider looking for other places to live downtown that don't exaggerate how good they are. It might make life more enjoyable.
