Nicely designed building, looks great from the outside. Super close to transit but not that close to (affordable) groceries.

Wish it was on a quieter street. Bloor gets hectic!

The McdDonalds downstairs really brings the vibes down. Never had any issue there thankfully but just doesn't feel like a luxury condo building when there's a McDonald's next to the entrance!!
