Best Part?

This condo is super accessible! You are minutes away from both Queen and Dundas station, and biking is very easy here. If you have a car, getting on the DVP or Gardiner is less than 10 mins. You also have multiple grocery stores, a shopping mall (Eaton Centre), and theatres (movies, Massy Hall, Ed Mirvish) less than 3 mins walk away.

Worst Part?

It can be very very busy in the neighbourhood as concert venues, theatres, malls and many tourist attractions in the area. There is a lot of people and a lot of commotion

Best Part?

Really close to two subway stations, the mall (Eaton Centre), and restaurants. Easy access to the DVP. Everyone in the building basically know each other and are all quite nice to each other.

Worst Part?

Lack of a gym, mostly. The surrounding area (but not Victoria St necessarily) can be a little sketch at times, but what part of Toronto isn't nowadays.
