Worst Part?

The people at the front desk are nice, but the managers aren't helpful. Heard of dishwashers falling out of their place in some units!! That will totally hurt someone because they aren't being put in the right way. The cabinets above also might fall on you because they don't stay up like they should. Should not be happening in a new build like this.

Best Part?

We lived here for 3 years in a lovely 2 bedroom space, The unit was great and the view was nice but we had a lot of issues with building maintenance and policies.

Worst Part?

Swimming pool maintenance is bad so it's always closed. This was one of the main things that attracted us to live in this building and it's not even available a lot of the time. Also, you have to pay extra to use the elevator when you're moving. Very frustrating.
