Best Part?

From what we heard and the reviews, we thought it would be worse, but honestly, it's not that bad.

Worst Part?

Sometimes so sketchy folks in the area

Best Part?

This building is top-notch. Lots of standout features. You can directly reach the subway station and the vast PATH network using the lower levels. This is so well designed for simple commuting and city living.

Plus, the lower level of the building has various grocery stores. This means you can get what you need without stepping out, which is especially helpful during the winter.

Considering all these benefits and the great living experience it provides, I heartily recommend this building as a fantastic choice for downtown living.

Worst Part?

The fitness center downstairs has rebranded a few times – hoping it can stay more consistent going forward!
