Best Part?

The concierge. They had the best concierge out of any place I’ve lived in Toronto. Moe especially was always very welcoming & warm and always went above and beyond. Having lived in different places now where it seems more corporate this was a fresh of breath air

Worst Part?

The location, although not the worst, is not as vibrant as something closer to the downtown core. For a wide variety of restaurants you need to go closer to Yorkville and you rarely walk south or east as that part of town could be a bit sketch.

That said, having the subway station right next to the building was amazing. And you are walking distance to Yorkville, Riverdale Park, and Rosedale which are all nice. And you got a No Frills close by which is a plus.
