Best Part?

Walking/biking distance to a lot of other neighbourhoods (Queen West, Financial District, etc). Streetcar stop is right outside the building, and a Sobey's downstairs. Cityplace has improved over the years since first moving in and feels more like a community than before.

Worst Part?

Traffic is terrible on Spadina and Bremner on all directions anytime after noon, on any day of the week. If there's an event going on in the Rogers Centre, it can get really loud from the din of traffic and just general busyness in the streets.

The biggest annoyance is the elevators -- constantly down and always having to be fixed. Just this year alone, 1 out of the 3 elevators was down for about 20 of the 26 weeks. To make matters things worse, the stairway is inaccessible from the outside, so you're forced to line up with the 30+ people waiting for one elevator.
