Closest groceries are a few blocks away, but the Shoppers downstairs carries a lot of items too.

water leaking problem regularly and at least one elevator is broken / not working every couple weeks. Property manager and daytime concierge has poor attitudes towards certain people. For example, if you have an issue or make a complaint, they will seek revenge against you and give you poor services and find ways to make life difficult for you.

the electric heat pumps on our floor and other adjacent floors have been down for the past 3 weeks. We can’t get a clear answer from the property manager why and when the system would be repaired. Apparently it is the back system that is not working. This is one of the many problems in the building. The building with this age (13 to 15 years old) should not have experienced this problem. And yet, we have sufficient fund in the reserve to do the routine and long term maintenance of the building system. There is only so much one can put up with it in a supposedly luxury and first class condominium building.
