Best Part?

This is a very well maintained complex, in the heart of downtown. Mainly families living here, everyone is very friendly and respectful.

Worst Part?

The complex does not offer any of the modern amenities one might hear of from condo developments, but we were informed of this prior to purchase so it was expected. Also, there have been some well publicized challenges with Allan Gardens across the street, but we've found any trouble doesn't cross over, so while unsightly ultimately it doesn't affect our living experience here.
