Best Part?

Loved how much like home the entire space felt – the entrance on McGill St and the main lobby in the courtyard. Close to a HUGE Loblaws with everything you can possibly imagine. Security guards were always super friendly and would remember my name.

Worst Part?

Security guards are a bit strict with guests so I often had to come get them myself, which was annoying but understandable. Elevators didn't work without fob access so even sneaking past wouldn't do anything. Also, wish there was a pool in this building!

Proximity to the grocery store (Loblaw), and the Toronto Gay Village.

Worst Part?

September through to October brings about a lot of new tenants (TMU and U of T) and with it, a lot of noise, and late night partying.
