Best Part?

Units themselves are nice. Convenient area, you're close to transit and universities (more on that later).

Worst Part?

Management is totally incompetent. At least one of the elevators are down every week, a few months ago ALL of them broke and we had to take the stairs ALL the way to our floor. There was an extra elevator but management refused to program it for our use. Also, most of the building appears to be university students, who stay up ALL night and the walls do not provide any insulation and it's just crazy that this is a premium condo building.
