Best Part?

Lived here for over 2 years, and really loved it, not just because of how close it is to everything. Appliances were very new and good quality, and washer-dryer was great too. Never had any noise issues, not from neighbours or from construction outside. Condo management was always proactive and helpful. Despite no longer living downtown, I still miss it!

Worst Part?

Wish there were closer groceries, I usually end up going to Chinatown

elevators always have long lines, with at least one of them perpetually out of commission. The air circulation is SO noisy inside the unit. building does not have visitor parking (WHY!!), which is so inconvenient for guests. windows have not been cleaned since last year, ruining the view and overall appearance.
