Best Part?

Nice building quietly tucked away into an internal courtyard. Great residents, all young professionals. Occasional social events here but nothing too disturbing and very much part of the city social life. We really enjoy living here.

Worst Part?

Not super close to groceries, beyond the Shoppers close by (which does carry a surprising amount of groceries these days). We just shop at Costco with a vehicle though.
