Best Part?

Excited for the new food hall and YMCA that's supposed to open soon. Amazing area and lots of great food and shopping options. I gave amenities 1 star lower but the YMCA will cover a lot of it when it opens

Worst Part?

Nonstop barking in the dog park below... honestly this building was NOT ready for move-in. Still so much construction and nonstop maintenance and repairs. I'm constantly being disrupted inside my unit by technicians needing to come by

Super frustrated with the lack of communication from the builder. We purchased a condo here and have heard virtually nothing from anyone on the team ever since. No one answers any phone calls or emails. HELLO?

Best Part?

Seriously the nicest building rooftop I've ever been on - and we get to live here!! Lobby is really gorgeous and the Queen West area itself can't be beat. A beautiful Loblaws grocery store just up the street. No complaints about the unit designs or finishes

Worst Part?

Management is not the best at responding to queries, and construction is still not fully finished in this building. Tons of things I expect to be done are still closed. Also, a bit of riff raff from the area occasionally spills over.
