Best Part?

Super new building, not everything is open yet, still waiting for more things to be ready. Units are very new of course, but design is a bit cold and sterile, will be up to the tenants to give some life and colour to their living spaces. Quiet neighbourhood to the south and lively on Queen to the north so you get the best of both worlds for sure.

Worst Part?

Waiting for more things to open and for everyone to move in.
