Best Part?

Probably the prettiest condo building in the city. Looks stunning from the outside. Great amenities and nice residents. Grange Park nearby has really improved since the renovations a few years ago.

Worst Part?

Queen St has gone downhill since the pandemic started. More crazy people and feels a little more run down. So that makes it a bit undesirable at times.
