Best Part?

Older building but really functional layouts! Original finishes showing their age a bit but any owners can of course renovate as they please. Nice building, tucked away from busy Queen St, but you're so close to everything as you need it. The area itself is a mix of urban quiet and cool spots, which we really appreciate.

Worst Part?

No gym or concierge in the building, which definitely leaves us with envy whenever we're visiting friends in newer or larger condo buildings. Other than that, we're happy here!
